  • "Application", we are referring to any application of ours that references or links to this policy, including any listed above

  • "Services", we are referring to our App, and other related services, including any sales, marketing, or events

The purpose of this privacy notice is to explain to you in the clearest way possible what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. If there are any terms in this privacy notice that you do not agree with, please discontinue the use of our Services immediately.


Please read this privacy notice carefully, as it will help you understand what we do with the information that we collect.

02 What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

In Short: We do not collect any personal, sensitive or precise location-based information. All data and personal information entered in the Application is stored either on your device or in a private iCloud account, which we do not have access to.


By using our Application, we also may collect the following information if you choose to purchase services or provide us with access or permission:


  1. Purchase History. For Applications using Subscription or In-App services, purchase data is stored by the third-party provider RevenueCat to allow for compliance receipt validation, to prevent fraud, and to enable the restoration of purchases and continuation of paid services.

  2. Push Notifications. We may request to send you push notifications regarding your account or certain features of the application(s). If you wish to opt-out from receiving these types of communications, you may turn them off in your device's settings.

  3. Automatically collected anonymous information provided by Apple, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your iOS operating system, crash reports, and other diagnostic logs.

03 How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.


We will only keep your information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements).

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your information, we will either delete or anonymise such information.


04 What are your Privacy Rights?

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, when applicable law allows, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

05 What are my opt-out rights?

​In Short: You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application.


You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile provider marketplace (Apple AppStore).

06 Updates to the Privacy Policy

In Short: Yes, we will update this notice as necessary to stay compliant with relevant laws


We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated 'Revised' date and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible. We encourage you to review this privacy notice frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.

In Short: By using the Application, you are consenting to our processing of your information as outlined in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us. 

By 'Processing', we are refering to using or touching information in any way. This includes, but is not limited to, collecting, storing, deleting, using, combining and disclosing information. If you reside outside the United Kingdom, your information will be transferred, processed and stored under the United Kingdom privacy standards.
